Cascade yarns, based in Washington State, create a wide and amazing assortment of real workhorse yarns. We carry two of their yarns currently, at different ends of the weight spectrum. First, their is Magnum, a huge, bulky 100% Peruvian Single ply that knits up at 1/5 - 2/5 stitches per inch and is a marvelous, bulky weight wool that has secured it's place with knitters who love bulky yarn. We have also begun to stock Cascade 220, which is a total classic, a pure, 100% peruvian wool that felts beautifully, and is a classic for intarsia, classic wool projects. It is a great value and a fantastic basic.
