Shipping policy

Fab ships orders most times within 1 - 3 days. Because we deal in luxury yarns, we make every effort to have matched skeins/dye lots. If we do not have matched lot skeins or skeins that visually match, we will email you and request approval for shipping in house skeins, and we will order matched skeins to be dyed, which may mean a 3 - 7 day wait. 

Additionally, if there are any issues with your order and it has to be held, we will let you know if there is going to be more than a few days delay. 

If you have a time sensitive issue, please let us know at checkout in a note and we will do our best to make sure we make your deadline. You may always jump on chat to discuss this with us1

Remember - free shipping is at our discretion in terms of what carrier is used - it is usually USPS. If you need your order quickly, please choose something other than FREE shipping - it will get pulled and shipped ahead of the queue!
