Yarn Snob - Prismatic Wrap Kit

Striped triangles come together to create a bold oversized chevron pattern in this fun-to-wear wrap. The Prismatic Wrap uses three colors of fingering weight yarn. One color dances throughout triangles made in the two main colors. The design of this piece lends itself well to high contrast hand dyed yarns and self-stripe yarns. Lightweight, soft, and colorful – the perfect accessory and an incredibly interesting knit.

Construction Details: This wrap is made modularly with 4 triangles. Two identical triangles are worked separately and then joined together to create the third and fourth triangles. A border is picked up along the edge of the wrap and worked afterwards.

Finished Measurements: 15” wide x 75” long measured from point to point.

Gauge: 23 sts and 48 rows = 4” in garter stitch, blocked using size needle to obtain gauge.

Needles: US 5 (3.75 mm) needle or size needed for gauge. Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain correct gauge.
