Knitters Pride - Mindful Collection - Compassion (6" Double Point Needle Set) US4-8

This item is fine and what I expected. However I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Fabulous Yarn. I placed my order on 2/13 and the ordering page indicated an anticipated delivery date of 2/20/25. The delivery date was a significant factor in my purchasing decision and I paid extra for priority shipping.

My order didn’t SHIP until 2/25 - almost two weeks after I ordered and five days after I expected it to be DELIVERED. I did not receive any communication or indication during or after ordering that the item was out of stock, pre-order or the order would be delayed.

I needed this item for a project and wound up having to purchase something locally due to the delay. If I had known that it would take so long, I would have purchased from somewhere else to begin with. The information on the ordering page needs to be accurate, otherwise it is misleading to customers who might otherwise make different purchasing decisions.

I sent an email inquiring about this order while I was waiting but received no reply. I emailed feedback to customer service but received no reply. Hopefully this review will help others avoid having a similar experience.
